We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician or Experienced Assistant to join our team. Shifts may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing emergency nursing care to patients through compliance with the attending doctor’s orders. On a daily basis, you will triage patients, calculate medical dosages and administer medications, run in-house lab work, place tubes and catheters, monitor and ensure patients’ comfort, update clients on their pet’s progress, and perform a variety of other tasks. This requires solid technical skills and your commitment to providing patients and clients with the highest standard of care.
Your ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment with compassion, efficiency, and flexibility is key to success in this role.

- Preferred minimum of three years working in the veterinary field as a technician or assistant.
- Preferred minimum of one year critical care, specialty, or emergency small animal care in private, non-profit, or educational organization.
- CVT or LVT preferred, but not required.
- Any suitable combination of experience or education may substitute for the above.
